The 31st CMO's Administrative Meet was held at SCOPE on 23rd-24th November. CMD, NTPC graced the Meet in the presence of Director (HR), ED (HR), CGM (HR), CMO (CC) and CMOs/RMOs from projects and regions.

CMD, NTPC highlighted the importance of preventive health and reaffirmed the commitment to improving healthcare services to benefit everyone involved.

The Best Health Services awards were presented on this occasion. In the Large Hospital category, NTPC Vindhyachal was declared the winner, with NTPC Korba as the Runner Up and NTPC Talcher Kaniha as the 2nd Runner Up. In the Small Hospital category, NTPC Darlipalli was declared the winner, followed by NTPC Bongaigaon as the Runner Up and NTPC Tanda as the 2nd Runner Up.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the status and challenges of healthcare at NTPC, share new initiatives and best practices, and enhance the quality of medical services. The attendees discussed various healthcare issues, including emergency management, vaccination, telemedicine, occupational health, mental health, wellness, and professional training. The meeting also highlighted the new initiatives taken by NTPC in healthcare, such as Tele Emergency, Tele ICU, and Wellness Centre.

The meeting recognized and appreciated the efforts and achievements of NTPC's medical team in providing quality healthcare to NTPC employees and their families, as well as the local communities.

The concluding session was addressed by Director (HR) who interacted with all CMOs and RMOs to address the existing challenges and the need for further improvement in healthcare services.
